They are characterized increased cross-country ability, maneuverability, ability move any season, fire at night over long distances, overcome water obstacles, protection, a control system, powerful weapons, transport troops, necessary autonomy certain etc. units solve which achieved its early organization, directing efforts all types most important determining established deadline, thoroughly studying, comparing further verifying it, and, if necessary, conducting additional intelligence, highly trained personnel, as well using advanced methods means.
